Fullback drills
Fullbacks need recovery and clean ball exits.Train both directions.
For fullbacks and wide defenders who need quick recovery steps, strong first touch, and controlled exits down the line or inside.

Soccer Fullback Footwork Drills
Fullbacks switch between defending, receiving, carrying, and recovering. STRK gives them compact footwork and target-touch drills that train both directions without needing a full field.
Train lateral recovery and ball exits.
Use outside-foot pushes for wide channels.
Repeat inside and outside escape paths with both feet.
Wide players defend and attack
A fullback needs footwork to recover and touch quality to play out. Both parts should appear in the drill.
Line or inside exit
The player should be able to move down the line or cut inside depending on the cue. Target paths create those choices.
Recover after every touch
The useful habit is not only reaching the target. It is arriving balanced enough for the next defensive or attacking action.
Session ideas
Make the next touch measurable.
Wide push and recover
Push the ball to a side target, stop it, and recover into a balanced stance.
Inside escape
Move from the side target back through center as if escaping pressure inside.
Weak-foot wide round
Complete the same wide path with the weaker foot at a controlled pace.
Common questions.
What should fullbacks train individually?
Fullbacks can train recovery footwork, first touch, outside-foot pushes, weak foot, and quick directional changes.
Can STRK help fullbacks?
STRK can support compact ball-control and footwork work for fullbacks, while crossing, defending, and tactical work still need field practice.
